I am in the Army Reserves and work out pretty regularly. I am best described as tall (6&#8242; 1&#8243;) and skinny (155 pounds). I am built to be more of a runner and have a great 2 mile run time, but I just became single 2 weeks ago and I would like to get ripped <img src='http://musclemaxxl.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  . Even though I can pump out a great number of pushups and situps, I just don&#8217;t have the muscle mass I&#8217;d hoped for. Of course I don&#8217;t want steriods but afraid of some of the side effects of some of the supplements I&#8217;ve heard about. What would you recommend to help the muscle building process to complement my daily work out schedule that is **safe**!?</p>
