Question by runner13: toning, muscle defining and muscle building supplements for women?
I have been working really hard in the gym but i’m not seeing much results. I am 5’8 and weigh 128 pounds and I’m 18 years old. I really want to tone up and define my muscles. I run 3-4 miles a day and do crunches and my arms everyday but I’m not seeing anything and i’ve been working for a really long time. I was wondering if there are any supplements or shakes that will help me tone up and define my muscles?? Any info or advice would be great!

Exercising helped me to tone up lots when I coupled it along with using acai berry. I know they say that pills won’t work, however they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on CBS News too. There’s a free trial going on right now at http://weliss.mykeepfitlive.info , try it, what is the worst that could happen?

try changing your workout because your body gets used to it like i used to curl 10 50 times on each arm as a toner but now i do a much larger (30 35) amount less times and maybe try elevation(stairs) what i do as a “muscle milk” i put a splash of skim milk a bit of soy milk (silk milk) a banana 2-3 eggs and a spoon or two of peanut butter and throw it into a blender its Delicious and full of protein and natural whey or just throw some fruit together and make a healthy smoothie yogurt is good too
