What body building supplements should I get?

Question by Sam *USA All The Way!*: What body building supplements should I get?
I’ve been working out, running, lifting weights, etc. etc. etc. a whole lot and I am looking into buying some body building supplements cuz I want to get ripped. Any tips or suggestions as to what I should get? No steroids or Hgh.

Don’t buy ANY supplements…keep working out the natural way :D I personally think guys that use any supplements just automatically become unattractive

Get some glutamine. When you start to cut calories to get ripped, glutamine will help you save some of that muscle. Also, definitely get some whey protein. It will aid in maintaining and building muscle. I use Dymatize protein because I think it tastes good. As for glutamine, I usually buy the store brand where ever I get my supplements that month.

Creatine will make you retain water and gain weight. Not good for getting ripped. The other stuff is GARBAGE.

Pure whey protein is good as protein helps a lot in building muscles. Optimum 100% Whey Protein is great. I used to take it, but now I take NO-Xplode (pre-workout) and AST Multi Pro 32X (multi-vitamins) along with some others containing high in fiber and joint supports (not necessarily supplements).

You are correct to get no steroids. Just get fat milk. Read my article on body building and steroids
