@sturny3698 Perform as many repetitions as you can in 20 seconds. Then rest 10 seconds. Do the same the thing for the next exercise. Perform 2-8 sets of each workout. The number of sets you perform and the amount of rest you take between sets is based on your training experience.

Not bad I guess, but how many reps of each do you do, or for how long? Not very clear with just watching the video.
