Once you have completed, say, 12 Reps. and stop to have a REST. That is one set… so One Set contains 6-12 reps then the Rest. You should only do about 3 sets per EXERCISE. When they say 10-15 sets, they mean 3-5 different exercises x 3 sets!

@emericaordie15 smoke pot, i toked up for about 2 years and now that im on probo and cant i still eat like a bear. i used to weigh 126 pounds at 5’9. i started working out and eating a shit ton i got stretch marks on my legs where the muscle just rips the skin. my body tells me i need food to get bigger so thats my motivation to eat. not enough protein im sore for a long time. not enough carbs im tired and cant give it my all. not enough vitamins and my joints are rigid.

I mean like if a 10 year old and 20 year old both did the same workout, the 20 year old would gain more muscle and faster. But is there an age, for example, 15, 16, 17, 18, where you can really start bulking up from exercise and your muscles start to develop?? Thanks!!
@Bleedinwolf No; If you want to grow though, what is recommended after a workout is a glass of milk, It’ll keep the acids down in your muscles so you don’t sore too much.
